| As a registered delegate your
name and contact details will be placed on the attendee list
which will be passed to sponsoring companies and to all
attendees (in the conference pack and on a search facility on
our website accessible by a password) for them to see who else
is at the conference for the purpose of networking and
meetings. The Recipient you contact will receive all enquiries
in one weekly email. |

| Booking Conditions
|
| A confirmation letter and
invoice will be sent to you on receipt of your booking.
Payment must be received before the conference date. If
payment is not received, delegates will be asked to guarantee
payment with a personal credit card. |

| Cancellations /
Substitutions |
| Cancellations made before the
1st September 2006 will be charged at 10% of the invoice
total. Cancellations made between this date and the 15th
September 2006 will be charged at 50% of the invoice
total. Cancellations made after this date will be charged the
full invoice total. However, you can send a substitute
delegate at any time. Bookings received less than two weeks
before the conference date can only be paid by credit card.
Cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing.

delegates attending the conference are able to participate
fully, please let us know about any requirements you have by

| Dietary Requirements
|
| We always provide vegetarian
options at our conferences, but please inform us if you need
us to cater for any other dietary requirements. |
